What Happens When AI Systems Review AI Infrastructure?

We decided to ask them. We prompted three leading AI systems to examine our public endpoints, pricing, and positioning and tell us candidly what they thought. We quote their responses across three posts, and this page pulls them together.
How to read this series: these are AI-generated assessments we asked for, not independent audits. AI systems can be generous and can get details wrong, so each review includes the commands and links to verify its findings yourself.

Sources Analyzed: 10 (public endpoints + documentation)

Rating: 8.2/10, raised to 9.75/10 after we shipped its recommended fixes

What Claude analyzed: price-to-value against wire services and agencies, competitive positioning versus PR Newswire, eReleases, and PRWeb, ideal and non-ideal customers, and strengths versus tradeoffs (platform age, AI-discovery publishing rather than wire syndication).

What We Learned From AI Feedback
What surprised us: Perplexity's emphasis on the "synergy" of multiple discovery layers working together, Claude's focus on who should not buy, and Atlas's three 10/10 category scores.
What we changed: we shipped every fix Claude flagged (entity sync, llms-full.txt, security.txt, JSON Feed), which is why its score moved.
What we built next: our own logs showed AI agents spend most of their time on content pages, so we redesigned discovery around the pages agents actually read. And the question that matters most is whether AI answers cite you, which is why we built AI citation tracking into every release.
