My release hasn't been cited yet
We check Perplexity at 24 hours, 48 hours and 7 days after publishing, Claude and Gemini at 48 hours and 7 days, and Perplexity again at 30, 60 and 90 days. Four in five Pressonify releases have been cited, typically within about four days, and we email you when yours is. If nothing has appeared after 7 days, open a ticket: we'll look at the questions it was checked against and suggest a follow-up.
I need to change a published release
Open a ticket (Technical) with the release link and the exact change, for example a new contact email. Once we've made it, allow up to about an hour for it to show everywhere, because release pages are cached for speed.
I don't recognise a charge from PLANTGIFT.IE
Card payments for Pressonify currently show on your statement as PLANTGIFT.IE, the name on our payment account, which Pressonify shares with PlantGift, another business run by our founder. The amount matches your purchase: €9.95, €49.95, €200 or €99 a month for Premium. Open a Billing ticket if anything doesn't match.
Where do I see my AI citations?
In your dashboard, and in the citation emails we send you: each citation shows the question, the AI engine, your position in the answer and the date.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Open a Billing ticket with your company name and the release, and we'll send one.
I'm an agency or need volume pricing
