By accessing or using Pressonify.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pressonify.ai.

2. Domain Verification & Eligibility

To use Pressonify.ai, you must:

• Verify your company email domain (free email providers not accepted)
• Have legal authority to publish press releases on behalf of your company
• Represent a legitimate online business or organization
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Domain verification confirms email ownership but does not verify business legitimacy or authority to act on behalf of the company.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Pressonify.ai, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• You will only publish press releases about your verified company
• You will not publish defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal content
• You will not make false claims about competitors or other entities
• You have read the whole release, including its headline, summary, body, and contact details, and corrected anything that is wrong before approving it
• You will only name a person or another company if what you say about them is true and you hold any consent needed
• You accept full legal responsibility for all content you publish, including text drafted by AI from your instructions
• You will tell us promptly if you find anything in a published release that is wrong
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use the Service for spam or malicious purposes

4. Prohibited Content

You may NOT use Pressonify.ai to publish:

• False or misleading information
• Defamatory, slanderous, or libelous content
• Unverified financial, medical, or legal claims
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Spam, scams, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent offers
• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or incitements to violence
• Content that violates GDPR or data protection laws
• Content that violates any applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Pressonify™ and Pressonify.ai™ are trademarks of Pressonify.ai. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any platform materials is strictly prohibited.

You May Not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform
• Extract or scrape any platform data
• Use automated tools to access the platform (except authorized API access)
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary marks
• Use our trademarks without express written permission

Your Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of your press release content. By publishing through Pressonify.ai, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

This license includes the right to make your press releases publicly accessible, index them for search engines, and include them in RSS feeds and archives.

9. Payment Terms

Subscription and payment terms:

• All prices are in EUR (€) and subject to applicable VAT/taxes
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard
• Refunds are not provided for partial months
• Published press releases remain live after cancellation
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Publish false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Receive valid complaints about your content
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the Service in a manner that harms our reputation

11. Corrections and Takedown Policy

Because releases are drafted by AI from the details and direction you supply, mistakes can happen. We will correct or delete inaccurate, unlawful, or infringing information as and when necessary, whether we find it, you tell us, or a third party tells us.

If you believe a release is inaccurate, infringes your rights, or breaks the law, contact us at [email protected]. Include: (1) your contact information, (2) a link to the content, (3) what is wrong and why, and (4) any supporting evidence. We will review it promptly and tell you what we decided.

• We may unpublish a release, or part of it, while we review a complaint, including a complaint about a named person or business.
• We may correct or remove content that is wrong, even if the customer who published it has not asked us to, and we are not liable to you for doing so.
• Corrections and removals may take time to appear in search engines and AI services that have already copied the content. We will act on our own pages and, where we can, ask services we know of to refresh.
• Publishing customers must cooperate with a correction and supply the information we reasonably ask for.
