To use Pressonify.ai, you must:

• Verify your company email domain (free email providers not accepted)
• Have legal authority to publish press releases on behalf of your company
• Represent a legitimate online business or organization
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Domain verification confirms email ownership but does not verify business legitimacy or authority to act on behalf of the company.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Pressonify.ai, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• You will only publish press releases about your verified company
• You will not publish defamatory, fraudulent, or illegal content
• You will not make false claims about competitors or other entities
• You accept full legal responsibility for all content you publish
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use the Service for spam or malicious purposes

4. Prohibited Content

You may NOT use Pressonify.ai to publish:

• False or misleading information
• Defamatory, slanderous, or libelous content
• Unverified financial, medical, or legal claims
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Spam, scams, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent offers
• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or incitements to violence
• Content that violates GDPR or data protection laws
• Content that violates any applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Pressonify™ and Pressonify.ai™ are trademarks of Robert Porter. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any platform materials is strictly prohibited.

You May Not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform
• Extract or scrape our journalist database or any platform data
• Use automated tools to access the platform (except authorized API access)
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary marks
• Use our trademarks without express written permission

Your Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of your press release content. By publishing through Pressonify.ai, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

This license includes the right to make your press releases publicly accessible, index them for search engines, and include them in RSS feeds and archives.

Database Rights: Our journalist database (4,827+ contacts) is protected under EU Database Directive 96/9/EC. Unauthorized extraction, copying, or redistribution constitutes copyright infringement and will be prosecuted.

9. Payment Terms

Subscription and payment terms:

• All prices are in EUR (€) and subject to applicable VAT/taxes
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard
• Refunds are not provided for partial months
• Published press releases remain live after cancellation
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Publish false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Receive valid complaints about your content
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the Service in a manner that harms our reputation
